Fluid Dynamics LLC manufactures fully automatic touch screen PLC controlled nitrogen tire inflation machines. The Model 5 series nitrogen distribution machines are designed to deflate air and re-inflate with nitrogen up to five tires at the same time.   These nitrogen distribution machines give you a choice of top off, fill only or purge and fill the tires. There is also a constant low pressure and high-pressure feature for use in testing or purging other systems on the vehicle. Most late model vehicles use three different pressure settings in the tires, with the Model 5 series nitrogen machines there is no wasted time returning to the inflation machine in order to change the pressure setting two or three times per service. You simply attach the hoses to the tires you want to service, input how many tires, how many purge and fill cycles, the pressures you require in the tires and press the start button on the touch screen display. The machine takes over from there purging and filling the tires as per your instructions. During the service, the display will keep you up to date with all pertinent information such as which cycle has completed, the pressure in the tires and which tires are being serviced. Once the nitrogen tire inflation service is complete, a buzzer will sound, the screen changes color to green and notifies you to disconnect the hoses from the tires. Also upon completion of the service, the machine continuously monitors tire pressures until disconnected. All systems independently test each tires pressure at both the low and high-pressure set points, thereby assuring the accuracy of the pressure in each tire. Model 592 is to be used with a high-pressure nitrogen cylinder. With this system, you do not have to lift the 160 Lb 300 CF nitrogen cylinder. You simply lean the cylinder back then role the machine back and under the cylinder, then lean the hole system forward and down onto the front casters. Model 573 is for use with a nitrogen generator or remote nitrogen supply. Model 554 is for mounting to a stationary object such as a lift, wall or column and will work with a nitrogen generator, high-pressure nitrogen cylinder or remote nitrogen supply. The machines are available with either the standard 8 or optional 10 inch TFT touch screen displays.
